The blacklist checkbox and others are related to the UI-use of OpenGL.
Transitions using OpenGL are not dependent on the checkboxes. I'm sure it is a
real problem, but just wanted to make that clear.
Btw. you don't have to remove the kde or gtk3 packages to test different
backends. The secret is: you can launch from the command line with
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kde4 libreoffice
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk libreoffice
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 libreoffice
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice
