personalized bibliography: no entries in pulldwonmenu
the pulldown for inserting bibliographical entries menu remains empty
inserting bibliographical data / markers from other documents work.
also updating the bibliography itself works.
all pathes are set proper, LO is connected to the database
tried both 32 and 64 bit, remains the same
