Check with 5.1.6.2 and 5.2.3.2 under ubuntu 16.04 x64 and 5.1.6.2 under windows
7 x64.
Line arrangement is in the borders tab. When you switch 'on' the right most
arrows (set outer border and all inner lines), save and reload, these stay on.
Also tried it with a new file, made a table, saved. But, all borders stay on.
