On a late 2011 MacBook Pro, which would be MacBookPro8,2, I find that option.
So
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on automatic grahics card switch in System Settings > Energy Savings
2. Close any programs that forces discret graphics.
3. Try to open Libreoffice.
I run into no problems using latest master or Vanilla 5.2.1.4.
So now we are looking for reliably reproducing the crash.
And we need to find a pattern of configuration that causes this crash.
So far
MacBookPro8,2 → no crash
MacBookPro6,2 → crash
