If we check with Open XML SDK
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30425:
attachment 62036 "unspecified error" and it gives 6 errors like "unexpected
child element", distB, distR negative "invalid value" , "charSpace has invalid
value"
attachment 46282 "parameter is incorrect" error and it says "charSpace has
invalid value". It's "w:charSpace="4294965247" in document.xml from RT DOCX.
So yes, it may be related.
