Description:
When I open a menu such as File, Edit etc. the menu items look disabled(grayed
out) as I mouse hover them. But I can still click on them if it is supposed to
be enabled. I'm using gnome 3.22.2. If I disable the gtk3 by

$ SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice

problem doesn't occur. Below you can find a short gif that describes the
problem. libreoffice-fresh package doesn't have this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click and open a menu
2.Navigate between menus

Actual Results:  
Whole menu bar is grayed out.

Expected Results:
Hold the menu state.


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
