When viewing GS51-GettingStartedLO.pdf with evince PDF viewer, I see the
following when looking at the bookmarks:
At the top level there is: Copyright, Contributors, Feedback, Acknowledgments,
Publication date, Preface, Chapter 1
When I open Chapter 1, the last item in Chapter 1 is "Chapter 2", and inside
Chpater 2 there are chapters 3 to 14 and Appendix a
I guess the structure is not what it is supposed to be.
