Looks like Microsoft has also no idea about the use case and hides this feature
by default. The result can be achieved with existing functions, references, or
per copy/paste.
Anyway, the 'viewport' has to be resizable, rotatable, and scalable. That's
what people talk about when referring to the camera thing.
