Recently LibreOffice implemented LTR (vertical) direction in bug 103720, and
this function is already landed in 5.3.0.0Alpha+ stage, but it has some
limitations, for example, if you want to use various directions into single
document, you have to add a frame (Insert -> Frame -> Frame Interactively),
then you right click (Object) to set the direction.
