Before LibreOffice 5.1 we have to use "Manage Template" to open a template. In
5.3.0 alpha1+Master (Nov. 18) there's an "Open Template" in the File menu.
However if we open a template using "Open Template", it will open the template
file directly just as a normal odf file, therefore when saving it will save the
template file directly, instead of opening a file dialog to select a file to
save. Using the old way "Manage Template" the behavior is correct.
