Description:
Maybe it's a personal preference, but disabling/changing the Date and Time
stamp on an slide is quite hard if you don't know how to do it. 
Editting is only possible when going go back to Insert --> Header and Footer.
It isn't possible to right-click the date and time on the slide itself.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Select default template
2. Insert --> Header and footer
3. Check: Date and Time
4. Click apply (all)
5. Try to edit Date and Time from the slide 

Actual Results:  
Editting Date and Time is quite hard

Expected Results:
Easy editting of Date and Time
