The others, if there similarly is a good idea to make it harder for people to
intentionally (or unintentionally) edit the palette, could also be hard-coded
in the source code instead of being separate files. (Obviously, any code
additions and changes must be licensed the way we want, so it would still be
possible to edit the palettes in the source code and recompile, but at least it
would be a bit harder.)
