Julien : my guess is that the event trigger is incorrect here with the UI
problem, for some reason a mouse over event on a lower placed conditional
format entry within the dialog window (even if expanded to exclude vertical and
horizontal scrollbars) causes a redraw or refresh of the contents of the window
and resets to the first entry.
