Description:
The gif isn't animated quite right. It's somewhat to fast.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open example file
2.Compare it with animation in a different application Firefox for example
Actual Results:
The (persian) text effect within red 'circle' is animated a bit 'jumpy'. To
fast I think (the animation is nearly missing)
Expected Results:
The persian text within red 'circle' should be animated a bit lower
Reproducible: Always
