So this issue happens to the following toolbar control entries
1) entry 5: 1.00pt dialog style 9 which reopens as 1.55 pt dialog style 7
2) entry 7: 1.00pt dialog style 11 which reopens as 2.35 pt dialog style 7
3) entry 8: 1.00pt dialog style 12 which reopens as 1.50 pt dialog style 7
4) entry 10: 1.00pt dialog style 14 which reopens as 2.35 pt dialog style 7
LO 3.5 has a different set of styles in the border style toolbar control.
