Just upgraded to Fedora 25 and tried it with OO
Version: 5.2.3.3
Build ID: 5.2.3.3-6.fc25
same problem -- clicking on the image in edit mode goes to the document and
thus launches the movie, clicking on it in presentation mode (despite a cursor
change that indicates that there is a link) just advances the slides
