This was removed from the configuration GUI [1] and resides in Expert
Configuration.
The keywords/properties are in org.openoffice.Office.Common Drawinglayer
preference:
TransparentSelection [true|false]
TransparentSelectionPercent [0-100%]
Set false and the font color and background will invert.
TransparentSelectionPercent default is 75%
