Confirmed with 5.2.3.3 / Windows 7.
If a document was open, the password prompt didn't come to foreground.
However, if I was in the Start Center, the prompt did come to foreground as
expected.
Seems to work as expected in 5.1.4.2 / Ubuntu 16.04.
