Thanks for reporting the issue.
This is caused by certain autocorrect entries, and is fixed in LibreOffice 5.2
to not interfere with time entry. As a workaround hitting Ctrl-Z right after
the substitution undoes it, or the offending autocorrect entries can be removed
as described here:
