Calc won't run when the icon is clicked - error message occurs instead (see
below)
Steps to Reproduce:
Try to start calc!
Actual Results:
The program cannot be started. A general error occurred while accessing your
central configuration.

Expected Results:
Calc should open
Reproducible: Always
