Bullets and Numbering dialog
Bullets tab once (to enter Bullets mode)
Options tab
Character: Select
Then use the Special Character dialog to choose font and other Unicode
codepoint glyphs you'd like (U+25a0 - U+25FF might be appealing). The font and
glyphs will be recorded into your document, or a template.
