You should have read the instruction inside the file, cell C6.
There is also an explanation why there are no tabs in the file: Due to the bug!
So please follow the instructions, insert some tabs (the second attachment) and
save&reload the file.
And yes - it's quite useless as a working testcase... but someone asked for
some testcase. So the "testcase" gives some instructions to make it work.
