Hello,
experiencing the same on all Windows computers I tried (all Win 7). On Linux
this works without issues.
I can confirm with 5.2.2 and 5.2.3 is broken on Win, GL is reported to be
disabled. (side note: if I force-enable it, LO enters endless crash-restart
loop during startup...).
Graphics card is Intel on both Win and Linux.
Also, this bug seems to me to be related to Bug #97921.
