Also, be sure you have the correct bitness in the selected download. The
"update available" does not actually select the correct version--it just gets
you to the download page, you still have to select the correct build.
And, if you had the 64-bit installed, downloading and installing the 32-bit
build does not correctly remove the 64-bit build. The removal has to be done
manually inadvance of installing "run as administrator" the 32-bit _x86
version.
