I can't think of anything else, but to ask you to test a fresh master build:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@42/current/
It installs separately.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
