Removed by design during 4.4 and 5.0 menu and context menu rework (bug 81132,
bug 86606)
At 5.2 the context menu framework was completely reworked (bug 93837) and in
addition to release build project defaults any context menu can now be
customized the same as Toolbars.
Please update to current 5.2.3.3 build and you can customize your context menu
to meet your requirements.
