The presentation mode is greyed out when a presentation is opened in VIEW mode.
It needs to be opened in EDIT mode to be able to select presentation mode.
That's counter-intuitive - presenting it is a form of viewing the presentation.
So presentation mode should be offered also in VIEW mode.
