retested under Win7 x64 using LibO 5.2.3.3
the bug is not reproducible anymore using the "save as" menu item
the bug is still reproducible using the "save toolbar button" if you click the
button without moving the cursor from the comment box to the page.
if instead you edit the comment box, click outside of it placing the cursor
inside the document page, the bug does not appear.
so partially RESOLVED but still NEW
