In balance.ak247 there is a text instead a number.
You can change how text conversion it made, there is a new option on:
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/Formula - Custom (conversion ...) - Details
If text value is right on that cell, then change the option to Treat as zero,
after that do a hard recalc [Ctrl+Shift+F9]
