After disabling the drawing toolbar it can't be reactivated again
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Draw
2.Disable the (by default enabled toolbar) drawing (View --> Toolbar -->
Drawing)
3.Try to re-enable the toolbar by clicking View --> Toolbar --> Drawing
Actual Results:
Drawing toolbar doesn't show up
Expected Results:
Drawing toolbar should be visible
Reproducible: Always
