Description:
The fontwork have wrong text joining behavior for several complex scripts.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert > Fontwork
2. Put texts in the fontwork
3. Insert plain text and set outline effect via Character dialog
Actual Results:
Fontwork has different joining behavior for complex scripts when compare with
outline styled text.
Expected Results:
