use:
Extras --> Optionen --> LibreOffice --> Allgemein --> Haken setzen bei
LibreOffice-Dialoge verwenden.
BTW: I cannot reporduce under Win10 64 bit Pro
with
Version: 5.2.2.2

CPU-Threads: 4; BS-Version: Windows 6.2; UI-Render: Standard;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); Calc: group
Please another try: is OpenGl activated in your case? (Check the help-dialog)
If UI-Renderer: OpenGl or the like is, please try to deactivate that, restart
LibreOffice and check if it behaves similar.
What I miss in this discussion: do you have the file extensions displaying
disabled?
