Description:
Time to open/import CSV has increased with factor 2. Takes around 25 sec to
open with LibO5400. LibO5.3b1 needs only 9 sec.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download and unzip attached file.
2.Open Calc
3.Import open file with file open
4.Default import settings
Actual Results:
Opening takes 25 sec
Expected Results:
Opening should take 9 sec
Reproducible: Always
