LibO5.3b1 needs 9 seconds
LibO5.4 needs around 23 seconds
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attachment 129635 (bug 104582)
2.Save a copy
Actual Results:
LibO needs 23 seconds
Expected Results:
Around 9 seconds as before
