Word can't open the exported doc correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Save a copy as doc
3. Open file in Word
Actual Results:
Word 2003 can't open the file. Layout is wrong in Word Online
Expected Results:
File can be opened in Word 2003 and/or layout should be correct
Reproducible: Always
