First, with 4.3. there was a missing header and a second page.
Then, with 5.0 and 5.2.3 only a second page (and typing in body was done on 2nd
page).
Now, with 5.3b2 and 5.4+ header is there and no second page, but there's
another issue, I don't know whether that's a problem: you can't type in the
document body, just in this table, frame, what is this?
Anyway, for the sake of efficiency I'll close this as WFM. Second page must be
some other bug.
If you disagree, feel free to reopen. In that case, bibisect my reveal the
change and this would be some special case, I guess.
