On one hand you talk of using filters, on the other you say "No special steps".
I take it the filter stuff is just something you wanted to mention and no test
case is needed. If so, there is indeed something special in your system.
You should try this first:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists after profile reset. Change
to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
