The attached document crashes LibreOffice under Linux when Graphite is not
disabled (SAL_DISABLE_GRAPHITE=0 ./soffice).
I have also prepared a small test file (without crash) with a strange Graphite
regression, missing superiors in a commonly formatted paragraph.
