ODT example of register-true anchor bug
When anchoring a frame or image to a register-true paragraph (or character)
which either 1. has above paragraph spacing, or; 2. is preceded by a paragraph
style which has below paragraph spacing, it often happens that the frame or
image does not properly vertically align with the position of the paragraph.
