A fix for this bug should be delivered - cut&paste is a basic functionality.

As already stated in Bug 104012 - this bug has been "added" in v5.2.x - so the
5.2.x branch is not usable (for me) ...
The commit of the bug has already been found - see post #14 ...
Is it possible to increase the severity and to fix (uncommit) the root cause?
