I use a Macbook Pro, not a PC. You sent 8 pages of instructions. The Libre
version I have is 5.2.3.3 so it looks like I will need to go "behind" the usual
Mac screens into folders somewhere to "reset Libreoffice profiles" as you
suggest, and I do not think that is reasonable given I am not a techie. I was
not even able to get the Mac to go into safe mode -- I followed instructions of
holding down shift but nothing said I was in safe mode and I still could not
get to Tools-Options- etc.
I don't want to cause other problems with my computer. Very disappointed.
