Description:
When clicked insert image button (for setting background image) on the sidebar,
Ctrl+Z doesn't undo the action.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Click Insert Image button on the sidebar.
3. Select an image
4. Doesn't matter apply to all slides or one
5. Try Ctrl+Z
Actual Results:
Ctrl+Z should be remove image from background.
Expected Results:
Nothing happen.
Reproducible: Always
