LOffice will open in 40 point type, line spacing 4.0 or more. see example given

example 2 the Zarro Boogs found message, Bugzilla found no bugs that match.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in example 1, I copied an email into the huge writer and see the excessively
large line spacing and regular font size
2.in example 2 I copied your intructions and you see regular line spacing 1 and
+/- 11 font size

Actual Results:
after the Russians hacked US internet users since about 10-19-16, all new
libreoffice docs open oversized and I cannot get them to resize them to resize
smaller
Expected Results:
since about 11-1-16, I have been forced to go to an old libreoffice doc, then
open it and write my document there or resort to use of a non - libreoffice
system
