Yes, but is very limited. Currently only text box is allowed to use that, and
only right-to-left (vertical) direction is available. I have inserted Text
direction from left to right and Text direction from top to bottom buttons into
toolbar, then these buttons work for me with text box, when I use them for
table, the cursor is move out. Additionaly, there is no entry of using these
directions at page level.
