The machines in question are 32 bit machines. The 64 bit version won't even
install on them.
To troubleshoot, I removed everything, including all LO directories in AppData
and anything I found in Program Files.
Reverting to the prior version solved the crashing.
Of the other 64 bit machines, I installed the 64 bit version and they did not
experience the issue.
32 bit and 64 bit LO were never mixed together.
