The attached file does not contain any SVG image.
Resizing the drawing object works quickly, without any unnormal CPU work
increasing.
Opening the attached file in Word 2010 and resizing there, uses the same
processing power as LibreOffice.
I use Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+
