I have a Firebird 2.5 Server installed on my PC. Therefore the archive file
(firebird.fbk) is created with gbak 2.5.

Why a restore of the archive file (firebird.fbk)? It's this archive file that
must be embedded in the odb file to replace the firebird database
(firebird.fdb).
What is wrong?
