Thanks for the example document. So, currently tabOverMargin works for right
and decimal tabs, but not for left and centered tabs (which I notice are
dangerous [in MSWord] because long text will just disappear off of the end of
the page since it doesn't wrap).
But yes, it is a compatibility issue.
