Description:
Rotating a PNG image is quite slow (and CPU intensive). Takes around 5 seconds.
Problems have intensified since LibO 4.2.0.4, because jpg images are converted
to png before rotating.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2.Right click the image: Rotate -> Rotate 180 degrees
Actual Results:
Rotating takes around 5 seconds
Expected Results:
Rotating should be instantaneous
Reproducible: Always
