Clarification:
Problem tested in Writer, Calc, Impress and happens in all 3. As mentioned it
persists until the program is crashed, and then works for the rest of the day.

Steps taken:
1. Confirmed OpenGL is Default (not enabled). System uses onboard Intel HD
graphics.
2. Uninstalled 5.2.0.4 (win x86)
3. Installed 5.2.4.2 (win x86)
Problem has stopped since new install.
